- L1/L2 Enterprise Server & Storage Hardware Support
- Rack Servers & Blade Servers
- SAN / NAS / DAS Storage
- RAID & Storage Controllers
- HDD / SSD / Memory / CPU / Motherboard
- HBA / NIC / SFP / Fibre Channel
- iSCSI / SAS / FC Connectivity
- Hardware Diagnostics & Fault Isolation
- Break-Fix & Component Replacement
- BIOS / Firmware Updates
- OEM Coordination, RMA & Spare Replacement
- Basic Windows Server / Linux Troubleshooting
- VMware / Hyper-V knowledge is an added advantage🎯 Who Should Apply?Candidates with 3–6 years of relevant hands-on experience in server and storage hardware support who are comfortable working independently at a customer site.Candidates must be willing to work in three rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as per the support roster.📍 Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Sriperumbudur / Chennai are preferred.⚡ Immediate joiners and candidates who can join within 15 days are highly preferred.📩 Interested?
