In this on-site role, you will serve as the primary technical authority and project representative, overseeing all aspects of infrastructure development from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to make decisive decisions in a fast-paced construction environment.Oversee daily construction activities and site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulationsConduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive technical reports documenting progress, issues, and corrective actionsManage project schedules, timelines, and milestones while coordinating with multiple stakeholders and subcontractorsMonitor project budgets and costs, analyze variances, and implement cost control measures to maintain financial objectivesReview and approve technical documentation, drawings, and construction methodologies prior to implementationIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize delaysMaintain organized project records, including daily logs, test reports, and compliance documentationCommunicate effectively with project management, clients, and regulatory authorities regarding project status and performanceEnsure adherence to local Saudi Arabian regulations, building codes, and environmental standardsCoordinate quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the construction phaseQualificationsMinimum 10 years of professional experience in infrastructure or construction project managementProven expertise in project management and construction management (PMCM) methodologiesStrong knowledge of infrastructure development, construction practices, and technical specificationsProficiency in project management software and tools; AutoCAD experience is preferredDemonstrated ability to analyze complex project data and develop effective solutionsExcellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishExperience with budget management, cost control, and financial reportingKnowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes in constructionFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements is preferredProject Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferredAbility to work effectively in a site-based environment and manage on-site teamsStrong problem-solving capabilities and sound judgment in making technical decisions
