Greetings from Linnk Group,Resident Engineer – KSALocation: KSA – Mainly Remote | Quarterly Onsite Customer MeetingsContract: 12 MonthsSegment: Enterprise / Service ProviderRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer with strong Juniper Networks and large-scale Service Provider networking expertise. The role will provide customer-facing technical support, troubleshooting, network design guidance, upgrades, and automation support for production and pre-production network environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational and post-sales support for Juniper network environments.Troubleshoot complex issues across large-scale IP/MPLS networks and manage JTAC cases through resolution.Support critical incidents, network upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities.Provide guidance on network architecture, capacity planning, technology adoption, and best practices.Conduct technical workshops and train engineering and operations teams.Perform network health assessments, fault isolation, and root-cause analysis.Review and develop SOPs/MOPs and support release management, PBN, and SIRT activities.Perform lab testing, DVT, certification, and integration of new hardware/software releases.Develop Python/PyEZ automation for configuration validation, health checks, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.Support traffic engineering and traffic steering using Paragon/JRD.Maintain strong communication with customer engineering, operations, and leadership teams. Required Skills & Experience5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale Service Provider networks.Strong expertise in JUNOS CLI and Juniper MX, QFX, EX, ACX, and PTX platforms.Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, LDP, RSVP, MPLS-TE, SR/SRv6, IPv4/IPv6.Experience with L3VPN, VPLS, MVPN, EVPN, QoS/CoS, 802.1Q, BNG, and broadband services.Hands-on experience with Python and Juniper PyEZ.Experience with network automation and integration with operational workflows.Strong customer-facing, communication, troubleshooting, and presentation skills.Certifications: JNCIP/JNCIE, CCNP/CCIE or equivalent expertise preferred.Interested candidates can share their updated CV to Mohammed.Sabeer@linnk.com
