Jio Is inviting applications for the role Resident Engineer Service Assurance SBIRequirementEducation: BE/BTech/DiplomaExperience: 5-7 yearsJob DescriptionWork with various internal stake holders and get the SRs resolved on priority.FLT with the customer branch end stake holdersCoordinate with internal teams ESOC, ENOC, Field , NHQ teams for faster resolution of faultReporting of link status Daily / weekly / monthly wise & ensure to maintain the customer link uptimeInteract with customer IT/SPOC for all service related issues/,deliveryMonitor DC/DR link and escalate internally for quick restorationHandle customer escalation and feedback effectively in time bound mannerRelease the tracker on fault management to customer as well as internal stake holderWork on SLA bound and get the monthly or Quarterly reportsLink monitoring and FT life cycle management on various scenarios.Skill Set:Customer FocusedGood Management QualityPeople ManagementGood Oral and Written Communication
