The RMO will provide frontline medical care, including initial assessment, diagnosis, and management of inpatients and emergency cases under the supervision of senior physicians. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient progress, updating medical records, prescribing treatments as per protocols, coordinating investigations, and responding to clinical queries from patients and families. The role involves assisting in minor procedures, supporting surgical teams as required, and ensuring adherence to infection control and safety guidelines. The RMO will also participate in clinical rounds, case discussions, and training activities, contributing to a collaborative and multidisciplinary care environment.Qualifications Strong foundation in Medicine with the ability to apply clinical knowledge in inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings.Demonstrated Patient Care skills, including compassionate communication, thorough clinical examination, and safe treatment practices.Experience or interest in Surgery support, including preoperative and postoperative patient management and assistance in minor procedures.Ability to work effectively with Physicians and other healthcare professionals in a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to Training and continuous professional development, including participation in clinical teaching, case discussions, and protocol updates.Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid registration with the appropriate medical council/regulatory body.Strong documentation skills, familiarity with hospital protocols, and adherence to ethical and legal standards in healthcare.Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and emergency duties as required by hospital operations.
