Company Description Upasani Super Speciality Hospital (USSH) is a 60-bed multi-speciality hospital in Mulund, Mumbai, carrying forward a legacy of 50 years in healthcare.Role Description The Resident Medical Officer is a full-time, on-site role based at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital in Mumbai. The role involves providing continuous medical coverage to inpatients, conducting clinical assessments, monitoring patient progress, and documenting care in accordance with hospital protocols. The Resident Medical Officer will assist senior physicians and surgeons during rounds and procedures, coordinate with nursing and allied health staff, and ensure timely execution of treatment plans. Responsibilities include managing emergencies, stabilizing patients, overseeing basic pre- and post-operative care, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also includes participating in clinical discussions, supporting training initiatives for junior staff, and upholding hospital standards for patient safety, ethics, and compassionate care.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Medicine and clinical decision-making skills relevant to a multi-speciality hospital setting.Candidates should possess experience Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams to implement treatment plans and coordinate care.MBBS/BAMS/BHMS from a recognized institution; valid medical registration with appropriate council.Interested candidate can mail their resume on hr@ussh.in or 9819868220.
