Ltd. is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division, responsible for providing comprehensive medical support within the organization’s healthcare operations or partner facilities. The RMO will conduct patient assessments, manage outpatient and inpatient care, monitor treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians and specialists to ensure continuity and quality of care. Daily responsibilities include taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting investigations, assisting in minor procedures or surgeries as needed, and ensuring timely documentation of clinical notes. The role involves supervising nursing and support staff in clinical protocols, providing training on medical procedures and patient safety, and participating in emergency care and stabilization when required. The RMO will also contribute to clinical audits, adherence to regulatory and hospital policies, and effective communication with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.QualificationsStrong clinical foundation in Medicine and Patient Care, with the ability to manage common medical conditions and provide evidence-based treatment.Experience in Surgery assistance and minor procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative patient management.Ability to work closely with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring coordinated and collaborative care.Competence in Training clinical and support staff on protocols, patient safety, and emergency response procedures.Recognized medical degree (BAMS|BHMS) from an accredited institution, with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.Prior experience as an RMO or in hospital-based clinical practice, preferably in multispecialty or emergency care settings.Knowledge of hospital policies, clinical documentation, infection control practices, and relevant healthcare regulations.Excellent communication skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations.Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and on-call duties as required by the facility.
