Applicants will join a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering people to take control of their health.Role Description The Resident Medical Officer will provide on-site clinical support at Healthy Owl Wellness’ facility in Pune City, working closely with wellness specialists to deliver integrated care. This full-time role includes conducting medical assessments, monitoring patient conditions, managing routine follow-ups, and coordinating treatment plans aligned with nutrition, mental health, and lifestyle interventions. The Resident Medical Officer will respond to clinical queries, manage minor medical procedures within scope, and ensure timely referrals for specialized care when needed. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining accurate medical records, supporting health education initiatives, and contributing to the development of evidence-based wellness protocols. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care within a preventive and wellness-focused model.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong clinical skills in Medicine, with the ability to manage common conditions in a wellness and preventive care setting.Candidates should possess patient-centered Patient Care skills, including history-taking, clinical examination, counseling, and follow-up management.Candidates should possess Training and educational skills to guide patients and staff on health, wellness, and lifestyle modification.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Surgery sufficient to handle basic procedures, triage, and appropriate referrals.Candidates should possess experience Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring coordinated and collaborative care.BAMS or BHMS or equivalent recognized medical degree; valid registration with the appropriate medical council.Preferably 0-1 years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, or wellness centers.Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to engage with diverse patient populations.Comfort with electronic medical records and basic digital tools for documentation and reporting.Willingness to work full-time on-site in Pune City and align with Healthy Owl Wellness’ holistic care philosophy.
