This full-time role involves conducting clinical assessments, managing inpatient and outpatient cases, monitoring treatment plans, and coordinating with physicians and specialists to ensure high-quality care. The RMO will assist in emergency management, support minor procedures as per credentials, and oversee proper documentation of medical histories, diagnoses, and interventions. The role also includes educating patients and families on treatment, follow-up, and preventive care, as well as collaborating with nursing and support staff to maintain safety and compliance with clinical protocols. The RMO may contribute to training activities for clinical staff, participate in case discussions, and support continuous improvement of medical services.QualificationsStrong foundation in Medicine, with ability to perform clinical assessments, diagnose common conditions, and manage treatment plans.Demonstrated Patient Care skills, including monitoring patient status, providing compassionate support, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.Experience in Surgery assistance, such as pre- and post-operative management and support during minor procedures within scope of practice.Ability to work effectively with Physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring clear communication and coordinated care.Interest or experience in Training, such as guiding junior staff, participating in clinical teaching, or supporting protocol implementation.Recognized medical degree (e.g., BAMS/BHMS) with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.Experience in hospital or clinical settings, preferably in an RMO or similar role.Good documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records and standard clinical protocols.Ability to work in shifts if required, maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and uphold ethical medical practice.
