Resident Medical Officer

The Resident Medical Officer – ICU will provide immediate and competent clinical management of critically ill patients under the supervision of the ICU Consultant/Intensivist. The role requires the ability to independently perform endotracheal intubation, insert central venous lines, manage and monitor mechanical ventilation parameters, perform arterial blood gas interpretation, manage acute emergencies and initiate appropriate resuscitative measures.Key Skills:Independent airway management and intubationCentral venous catheterisationMechanical ventilationABG interpretationEmergency & resuscitation managementCritical-care monitoringSepsis managementInvasive haemodynamic monitoring
