Residential Building Manager | Saudi Nationals Only

We are looking for a Residential Building Manager to oversee daily building operations, coordinate maintenance and service teams, support leasing activities, handle resident requests, arrange unit viewings, and assist with move-ins and move-outs.The ideal candidate should be organized, hands-on, professional, and experienced in residential property operations or leasing.Mandatory Eligibility Requirements: Saudi nationals only. Candidates must have strong spoken and written English skills and previous relevant experience in residential property, building operations, leasing, or a related field.Salary: SAR 6,000 per month.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily residential building operationsCoordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and service teamsHandle resident requests and complaintsSupport leasing and follow up with prospective tenantsArrange and conduct unit viewingsCoordinate move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewalsMonitor vacant and occupied unitsInspect apartments and common areas regularlyCoordinate with contractors and suppliersProvide regular operational and occupancy updates to managementRequirements:Good communication and customer service skillsStrong coordination and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage resident relations, maintenance teams, and service providersKnowledge of leasing and tenant managementGood computer and reporting skillsAbility to work independently and handle day-to-day building issues
