Residential Building Manager | Saudi Nationals Only

We are looking for a Residential Building Manager to support daily leasing, tenant relations, occupancy, and residential property operations in Riyadh.This is a hands-on residential leasing and property operations role suitable for someone with experience in residential leasing, tenant relations, accommodation management, building operations, serviced apartments, residential compounds, or a similar environment.The successful candidate will work closely with residents, prospective tenants, service providers, and management to ensure smooth leasing operations, effective occupancy management, and a high standard of resident service.Salary: SAR 6,000 per month.Please do not apply if the salary does not meet your expectations or if you do not meet the mandatory requirements.Mandatory Requirements:Saudi nationals onlyCurrently based in Riyadh or available to work in RiyadhStrong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with tenants, prospective tenants, service providers, and management.Previous experience in residential property operations, leasing, tenant relations, building management, staff or corporate accommodation, residential compounds, serviced apartments, hospitality residences, or a similar residential environmentKey Responsibilities:Manage residential leasing activities and follow up with prospective tenantsArrange and conduct unit viewingsPresent available units professionally to prospective tenantsCoordinate lease documentation, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and unit handoversMonitor vacant, reserved, and occupied unitsHandle resident enquiries, requests, and general concernsSupport tenant retention, lease renewals, and occupancy managementCoordinate with relevant service teams when requiredEnsure vacant units and common areas are ready and well presentedPrepare regular leasing and occupancy updates for managementSupport initiatives to improve occupancy and resident satisfactionCandidate Profile:The ideal candidate should have strong communication, customer service, leasing follow-up, negotiation, organizational, and reporting skills, with a professional and hands-on approach to tenant relations and daily residential property operations.Note: This is not a technical facilities, MEP, engineering, or maintenance role. Candidates whose experience is primarily in these areas should not apply.
