Residential Leasing & Property Manager - Saudi Nationals Only

We are looking for a Residential Leasing & Property Manager focused on leasing, tenant relations, occupancy, unit viewings, lead follow-up, lease renewals, tenancy administration, move-ins and move-outs, and overall residential property management.Important: This is a leasing and residential property management role only. Candidates from facilities, maintenance, MEP, engineering, or technical backgrounds should not apply.Salary: SAR 6,000 per month. Please do not apply if this salary does not meet your expectations.Mandatory Requirements:Saudi nationals only. Non-Saudi candidates should not apply. Applicants must be currently based in Riyadh or available to work in Riyadh.Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally with tenants, prospects, and management.Previous experience in residential leasing, real estate, tenant relations, property leasing, tenancy management, occupancy management, or residential property managementKey Responsibilities:Manage residential leasing activitiesFollow up with prospective tenants and leasing enquiriesArrange and conduct apartment viewingsPresent available units professionally to prospective tenantsManage leads from initial enquiry through to lease signingCoordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, and unit handoversManage tenancy agreements, lease renewals, expiries, and tenant documentationMonitor vacant, reserved, and occupied unitsMaintain accurate leasing, tenancy, and tenant recordsBuild and maintain professional relationships with residents and prospective tenantsHandle resident enquiries and general concernsSupport rental pricing, availability, and occupancy updatesSupport tenant retention and lease renewal activitiesProvide regular property, leasing, occupancy, and conversion reports to managementSupport initiatives to improve occupancy and resident satisfactionRequirements:Previous experience in residential leasing, real estate, tenant relations, property leasing, tenancy management, occupancy management, or residential property management.Strong knowledge of leasing processes and tenant managementExperience handling leasing enquiries, follow-ups, and unit viewingsStrong communication and customer service skillsGood negotiation and follow-up skillsAbility to deal professionally with prospective and existing tenantsGood organizational and administrative skillsGood computer and reporting skillsStrong spoken and written EnglishProfessional appearance and customer-focused attitude
