Make a Difference.Grace Care Homes is seeking a compassionate, organized, and dedicated Program Administrator to lead our Residential Treatment Home (RTH) and Adult Foster Home (AFH) programs.This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults living with serious mental illness while leading a team committed to providing safe, respectful, and person-centered care.What You’ll DoProvide leadership and oversight for RTH and AFH program operations.Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered services that support their individual goals, dignity, and well-being.Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and support a dedicated care team.Maintain compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules, licensing requirements, Medicaid regulations, and applicable laws.Oversee admissions, resident records, treatment plans, medication documentation, incident reporting, and quality of care.Respond to behavioral crises, emergencies, and critical incidents with calm, sound judgment, and compassion.Monitor staffing, budgets, safety, training, and day-to-day program operations.Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, community partners, case managers, and regulatory agencies.Monitor program outcomes and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.Participate in an on-call rotation to help ensure resident safety and continuity of care.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Science, or a related field OR qualifying education and experience.QMHP required.At least one year of clinical experience serving individuals with serious mental illness or two years of residential experience in a qualifying setting.Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Experience with behavioral health, crisis intervention, de-escalation, and trauma-informed care.Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in challenging situations.Knowledge of Oregon regulations and residential behavioral health requirements.Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.Must be at least 21 years old.Successful completion of required background check and pre-employment drug screening.Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.Why This Role MattersAt Grace Care Homes, leadership is about more than managing a program—it's about creating an environment where people feel safe, respected, supported, and empowered to reach their goals.If you are a passionate behavioral health professional who wants to lead with purpose, develop a strong team, and make a lasting impact in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
