This role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The Residential Project Manager will manage project schedules, monitor progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve issues related to materials, logistics, and construction activities. Responsibilities include preparing status reports, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and clients. The role also requires proactive risk management, resource planning, and continuous coordination to keep projects on track and aligned with contractual and design specifications.Qualifications Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and closing residential construction projects.Experience with expediting and expeditor functions to accelerate procurement, approvals, and delivery of materials and services.Hands-on inspection experience to oversee quality control, compliance with building codes, and adherence to safety standards.Proficiency in logistics management to coordinate supplies, equipment, and subcontractors across multiple sites.Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in the Riyadh Region and broader Saudi Arabia market.Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; experience with construction management software is an advantage.Previous experience in residential or mixed-use developments in the region is highly beneficial.
