Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests throughout their stay.Communicate with Russian-speaking guests and provide resort information.Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.Promote resort facilities, activities, and experiences available at Cassia Phuket.QualificationsFluent in Russian and good command of English.Friendly, outgoing, and service-minded personality.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.1–2 years of experience in the hotel industry is preferred.Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Currently residing in Thailand.
