Resource Planning Lead – PMO | Saudi NationalsDammam, Saudi ArabiaSaudi Nationals OnlyUp to SAR 18,125 per month + company benefitsTake ownership of resource planning across a growing, diversified Saudi organisation.We are looking for an experienced Saudi Resource Planning Lead to join the central PMO function of a well-established Saudi group operating across multiple project-driven and support-service businesses.This is more than a reporting role. You will have sector-wide visibility and ownership of resource capacity planning, helping the organisation make smarter decisions around its people, equipment and budgets.Working closely with senior business leaders, PMO, HR and Finance, you'll ensure critical resources are available where and when they're needed. The OpportunityYou will play a key role in developing a more structured, proactive and data-driven resource planning function, with responsibility for:Leading resource capacity planning across multiple projects and business units.Forecasting future manpower, equipment and budget requirements.Identifying resource shortages, excess capacity and opportunities to improve utilisation.Helping leadership prioritise and reallocate resources across competing projects.Aligning resources with project schedules, milestones and business priorities.Partnering with PMO, HR, Finance and operational leadership on workforce and budget planning.Developing dashboards and management reporting around capacity, demand and utilisation.Driving improvements in resource utilisation, forecasting and cost efficiency. What We're Looking ForSaudi National – mandatory.7–10 years' experience in Resource Planning, Workforce Planning, PMO or a closely related area.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.Proven experience in capacity planning, resource forecasting and allocation across multiple projects or business units.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.Experience producing resource-planning dashboards and management reports.Strong stakeholder management across operational and corporate functions.PMP, Resource Management or Lean Six Sigma certification would be advantageous.
