Responsible AI & Governance Lead

Mandatory Requirement:Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in governance, risk, compliance, data governance or AI ethics. At least 2 AI governance, Responsible AI or model governance frameworks designed and adopted by a client organisation. Working knowledge of at least two of: ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, OECD AI Principles, EU AI Act risk classification, ISO/IEC 23894. Demonstrated design of stage-gate or approval workflows with defined decision rights and RACI allocation. Experience defining explainability, bias testing and human oversight requirements for production systems. Fluent written and spoken English with strong policy and framework drafting skills.
