Restaurant and Beverages Manager

We are looking to hire a Restaurant & Beverages Manager who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end performance of F&B concessionaires, ensuring contractual, operational, revenue and customer service targets are achieved while driving business growth, monitoring financial performance and maintaining strong relationships with operators and internal stakeholders. for our client based Dubai- which is one of the largest companies in the region.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 14 Months and is renewable.Key responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end contractual performance of F&B concessionaires, ensuring agreed obligations and standards are achievedAct as the main day-to-day point of contact for F&B operators, ensuring smooth and continuous operationsEnsure concessionaires achieve agreed operational, revenue and customer service KPIsMonitor weekly and monthly sales and financial performance, identifying revenue risks and implementing corrective actionsDrive business growth and revenue opportunities by working closely with concessionaires and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities beyond existing contractual obligations to improve commercial performance and operator resultsDevelop and support annual concession plans and tactical business plans for new and existing F&B operatorsCoordinate the development and preparation of new and existing F&B concession areas, ensuring successful deliveryLead health, safety and operational inspections, ensuring required standards are maintained and action plans completedManage contract expiries, debt issues, new commercial spaces and new F&B concepts, while coordinating promotional activity with relevant teamsKnowledge, skills & experience:3–5 years’ relevant experience in a commercial, hospitality, retail or F&B environmentStrong understanding of commercial contracts and concession managementExperience monitoring sales, revenue and financial performanceAbility to analyse KPIs and commercial data and identify improvement opportunitiesStrong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skillsGood understanding of commercial best practices and business growthExperience managing operational standards, compliance and performance issuesAvailability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
