Could your next career move take you to Casablanca?As part of the opening of a new premium café-restaurant, M&M Holding is seeking experienced professionals to support the launch of the establishment and contribute to its long-term success.Restaurant DirectorKey ResponsibilitiesOversee all restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service standards.Lead, manage and motivate the team.Drive the operational and financial performance of the establishment.Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.Contribute to business development and overall restaurant performance.Candidate ProfileProven experience in restaurant management or as a Restaurant Director.Strong leadership and operational management skills.Autonomy, initiative and a strong customer service mindset.Ability to deliver a distinctive guest experience in a premium environment.Executive ChefKey ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop a creative culinary offering aligned with the restaurant's premium positioning.Create menus and ensure the quality, consistency and presentation of all dishes.Oversee kitchen operations, food preparation and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.Lead, train and motivate the kitchen brigade.Control food costs, manage supplies and optimize profitability.Monitor culinary trends and introduce innovative creations to enhance the guest experience.Develop the restaurant's menu, including signature dishes, in line with the establishment's premium concept.Candidate ProfileProven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in an upscale establishment.Excellent culinary skills and strong experience managing a kitchen team.Creativity, attention to detail, rigor and leadership.Strong cost-control skills and the ability to balance culinary excellence with operational efficiency.Experience in a premium establishment or an international environment is an asset.We are looking for talented professionals who can bring their expertise, vision and know-how to make this new destination a benchmark for guest experience, service quality and culinary excellence.Interested?
