As part of BrewDog’s continued global growth, this new venue represents an exciting opportunity to establish the brand within one of the world’s most dynamic food and beverage markets.We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and commercially driven General Manager to lead the pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operation of BrewDog City Walk. This is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for bringing the BrewDog brand to life in Dubai and creating a venue that delivers exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance, and a distinctive sense of community.

Responsibilities

Leading the complete pre-opening and opening process, ensuring all operational, commercial, people, training, and compliance requirements are delivered on time.Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring an outstanding customer experience in line with BrewDog’s brand ethos and values.Hire, train, and mentor a passionate team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.Implement high standards for service, quality control, and compliance with local health and safety regulations.Monitor and optimize operational processes, including cost control, inventory management, and staff performance.Work closely with the leadership team to develop, execute, and track key performance metrics for success.Lead by example, ensuring exceptional service, product quality, and brand consistency at all times.Foster relationships with local suppliers, customers, and the craft beer community to grow BrewDog’s presence and reputation in Dubai.Prepare and manage budgets, set financial goals, and ensure that the venue is profitable and operating within budget.Monitor and analyze financial performance, adjusting strategies to meet profitability targets.Oversee payroll, inventory control, and cost management initiatives to ensure financial health.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role in hospitality or food and beverage operations, with at least 2 years of experience in opening or launching a venue.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop a diverse team.Experience in managing P&L, budgets, and financial reporting.Passion for craft beer and a deep understanding of the BrewDog brand and its values.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach.Experience in the UAE market and knowledge of local laws and regulations is a plus.Why Join BrewDog?Be part of an exciting new chapter for BrewDog in Dubai and the Middle East.Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding global brand.Work in a creative, fun, and inclusive environment where your ideas and passion matter.Access to world-class training and development programs.Employee discounts on BrewDog products and in-venue purchases.
