Are you the kind of leader who can bring out the best in a team while keeping service, standards, and numbers on track?The roleMcCalls' Catering and Events is looking for a Restaurant General Manager – Upscale Casual Dining to lead an exciting new San Francisco venture.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be at the heart of the operation. From supporting your team during a busy service to keeping an eye on costs, quality, and guest satisfaction, you will help create a restaurant people enjoy working in and visiting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day front- and back-of-house operationsCreate a warm, professional experience for every guestSupport, coach, and motivate restaurant team membersManage staffing, schedules, and shift organizationHandle guest feedback and resolve issues quicklyMonitor food, beverage, and service qualityManage operational costs and reduce unnecessary wasteOversee inventory needs and vendor relationshipsMaintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace standardsPrepare revenue and expense reportsSupport local events, marketing, and social media activityAbout our companyMcCall’s Catering and Events is one of San Francisco’s well-known catering businesses, with seven culinary-focused cafés across the city.
