We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to take complete ownership of the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the outlet.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of Sizzle, including:• Managing the complete daily operations of the restaurant and bar• Ensuring excellent guest experience, service standards and customer satisfaction• Managing Front of House, F&B service, kitchen coordination and housekeeping• Leading, training, motivating and managing the restaurant team• Preparing staff rosters, allocating duties and monitoring attendance & discipline• Monitoring sales, revenue, food cost, beverage cost, wastage and operational expenses• Driving sales through upselling, promotions, events and customer engagement• Ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen, bar, service and management• Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness and safety• Managing inventory, stock control, purchasing and vendor coordination• Monitoring cash handling, billing, POS operations and daily closing procedures• Handling customer complaints and resolving operational issues efficiently• Ensuring compliance with applicable statutory, licensing and operational requirements• Conducting regular operational audits and implementing SOPs• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly operational and performance reports• Working closely with the management to achieve revenue and profitability targetsWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:✅ Experienced in managing premium restaurants, bars, clubs or fine-dining establishments✅ Strong in team leadership and people management✅ Commercially driven with a strong understanding of restaurant P&L✅ Excellent in guest relations and service standards✅ Strong in F&B operations, inventory and cost control✅ Capable of independently handling the complete outlet operation✅ Energetic, well-presented and highly organised✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment✅ A strong communicator with excellent problem-solving abilitiesQualification• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, F&B Management or related field preferred• 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with premium restaurants, bars, clubs or hotels• Candidates with strong operational experience and proven leadership ability will be preferredWhat We Offer• Senior operational responsibility with ownership of the outlet• Competitive salary based on experience and capability• Performance-based incentives• Opportunity to lead and grow a premium hospitality brand📩 Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV along with current salary, expected salary and notice period.Email us at hr@ishm.co.inJoin Sizzle and take complete ownership of one of Kolkata's premium dining & nightlife destinations.
