Restaurant General Manager

Experience: 8–12 years | Hospitality / Premium Casual Dining / Pub IndustryLocation: HyderabadPosition Summary: The General Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for the outlet’s business performance, including operations, revenue, profitability, people, guest experience and brand standards.Key Responsibilities:•⁠ ⁠Drive sales, revenue growth and outlet profitability, with complete P&L ownership.•⁠ ⁠Lead and oversee day-to-day F&B, bar and service operations.•⁠ ⁠Ensure consistent delivery of 10 Downing Street service and brand standards.•⁠ ⁠Manage food & beverage costs, inventory, wastage and operating expenses.•⁠ ⁠Build, lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training and performance management.•⁠ ⁠Drive business through events, corporate sales, local partnerships, dine-in and delivery channels.•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the central marketing team to execute campaigns, events and local activations.•⁠ ⁠Monitor guest feedback, online ratings and customer retention, ensuring timely resolution of issues.•⁠ ⁠Ensure adherence to SOPs, statutory compliance, hygiene, safety and internal controls.•⁠ ⁠Review business performance regularly and implement data-driven corrective and growth initiatives.Key Competencies:P&L Management | Business Development | Leadership | F&B Operations | Revenue Management | Cost Control | Guest Experience | Team Development | Events & Marketing
