Team members join a growing international brand that values quality, community, and memorable guest experiences.Role Description The Restaurant General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based at Café Landwer in Boston, MA. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service throughout each shift. The General Manager is responsible for monitoring financial performance, managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining alignment with brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include coaching and developing team members, handling guest feedback, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing processes that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role collaborates closely with ownership and management to achieve revenue goals, maintain a positive work environment, and uphold Café Landwer’s reputation as a welcoming neighborhood café.Qualifications Strong financial and operational skills, including experience with P&L Management and Budgeting.Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through excellent Customer Service practices.Experience with Hiring, onboarding, and developing diverse, high-performing restaurant teams.Prior management experience in a full-service restaurant or café environment.Knowledge of food safety, workplace safety, and local health regulations.Effective communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Familiarity with POS systems, basic reporting tools, and inventory management software.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality or business education is an asset.
