This includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house performance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service. The General Manager will monitor financial performance, oversee inventory and ordering, and implement operational standards to maintain cleanliness, safety, and service efficiency. The role also involves hiring, training, and coaching team members, resolving guest issues, and maintaining compliance with health, safety, and company policies. The individual in this role will work closely with ownership to meet revenue targets and support a positive workplace culture.Qualifications Strong financial and operational management skills, including P&L Management and Budgeting.Proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through excellent Customer Service.Experience with Hiring, onboarding, and developing diverse restaurant teams.Prior experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory control, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.Effective communication, conflict resolution, and team leadership skills.Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
