We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the continued success of our establishment.Your main responsibility will be maintaining the highest standards of customer service by leading and inspiring our front-of-house and kitchen teams. You will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent leadership and communication skills, while also utilizing your strong business acumen to drive profitability and growth.ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsDevelop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales goals and financial targetsMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and resolving any customer issues or complaintsOversee and manage inventory levels, ordering and receiving supplies, and ensuring efficient utilization of resourcesImplement and enforce all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environmentMonitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measuresCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to increase awareness and drive customer trafficRequirementsProven experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industryStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesExtensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including front and back of houseAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDetail-oriented and able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organizationProficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management softwareBenefitsSalary Range: $70,000-$75,000Medical, Dental, Vision insurance offering paid by Jack Brown's- a $7,000+ value per year - effective 60 days after employment begins in a full-time salaried management position401K with 2% company match after one year of employmentAnnual leadership summit with continued learning and growth opportunities
