Together with our mouth watering burgers, our menu also features our delicious shakes.We are seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional with strong knowledge of fast-paced food and beverage operations to step into the role of Restaurant General Manager!Your role will report directly to the Operations Manager, driving the business forward and overseeing both front and back of house operations. As an established hospitality leader, you will lead by example and be hands on with your team across all aspects of management and restaurant operations.As a Restaurant General Manager, your role will involve:Being the face of the restaurantLeading the opening and establishment of a new drive-through operationMeeting restaurant financial objectivesImplementing marketing strategies to attract new businessControlling purchasing costs and inventory levelsMaintaining operations by implementing policies and standard operating proceduresEnhancing guest satisfaction by identifying operational shortfalls and implementing corrective actionsEnsuring seamless and efficient service across dine in, takeaway, delivery, and drive-throughRecruiting, onboarding, training, rostering, coaching, motivating and managing team membersWhat are we looking for?Leadership experience in high-volume hospitality/QSR environmentsExperience working in fast paced, drive-through environmentStrong business acumenDemonstrated experience controlling labour costs and inventory in a high-volume QSR environmentExcellent administration skillsExceptional presentation, communication, time management and attention to detailAbility to maintain professionalism under pressureAbility to work a flexible rotating roster, including early mornings, late nights and weekendsA strong focus on customer service and results driven performanceRole Requirements:Food Safety CertificateFirst Aid CertificateRSA CertificateCurrent National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)About you:You are passionate and authentic, deliver genuine hospitality, and thrive in a fast moving and positive environment.
