INDEX Holding is known for organizing major regional and international events and providing integrated business solutions.Role Description The Restaurant Manager – Bilingual role at ATHAR by the Qlab is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai at Mirdiff City Center. The individual in this role oversees daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, service standards, and food and beverage quality to ensure a consistent guest experience. Responsibilities include supervising and coaching team members, managing reservations and guest flow, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. The Restaurant Manager also monitors inventory, coordinates with suppliers, manages cash handling and basic financial reporting, and supports hiring and onboarding processes. QualificationsStrong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a proven ability to handle guest feedback and maintain high service standards.Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu understanding, quality control, and basic food safety and hygiene practices.Hiring and team management skills, with experience in recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance coaching for front-of-house and back-of-house staff.Excellent Communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests and team members.Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with familiarity in budgeting, cost control, and daily operational reporting.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of local health, safety, and food handling regulations in the UAE is an advantage.Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
