Restaurant Manager – Charcoal Grilled Burgers

About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated, results-driven Restaurant Manager with specialized, hands-on experience in charcoal-grilled burger restaurants. The Restaurant Manager will take full operational ownership of the branch, driving operational excellence across both front-of-house hospitality and back-of-house kitchen line performance.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility for all branch operations, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.Supervise both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, ensuring smooth dining area service and kitchen line throughput during peak hours.Ensure strict adherence to brand SOPs, high hygiene levels, and hospitality standards.Oversee charcoal station mechanics: zone heat management, flare-up control, coal replenishment, calibration of grill, and hood/exhaust maintenance.Manage POS software, inventory control systems, stock replenishment, and staff shift scheduling.Must-Have Qualifications (Mandatory)5 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a charcoal-grilled burger restaurant with BIG Brand ONLY. Experience only in KSA or Gulf (GCC) will be preferred.Solid practical understanding of charcoal grill management, including zone heat management, flare-up control, calibration of grill, and hood/exhaust maintenance.Preferred QualificationsProven ability to enforce SOPs, hygiene, and hospitality standards with full accountability for branch operations.Demonstrated track record supervising both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, kitchen line throughput, and dining area service.Proficient in POS software, inventory control systems, and shift scheduling.Valid transferable Iqama for employment in Saudi Arabia.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.Compensation & BenefitsBasic Salary: SAR 5,000 per monthAccommodation: Provided by the companyOther Benefits: Medical insurance, and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
