Restaurant Manager

Role Description The Restaurant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai at Roasters Specialty Coffee House. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations, including staff scheduling, floor supervision, and ensuring smooth service during peak and off-peak hours. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and ambiance, while ensuring compliance with food safety and local regulations. The Manager leads, trains, and supports the team, focusing on guest satisfaction, conflict resolution, and consistent delivery of Roasters’ service standards. The position also involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, managing budgets, and analyzing sales performance to optimize revenue and customer experience.QualificationsStrong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a proven ability to create positive guest experiences.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and suppliers in a multicultural environment.Solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including specialty coffee, menu management, and food safety standards.Previous UAE experience as a Restaurant Manager, Café Supervisor, or similar hospitality leadership role.Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai, with flexibility for weekends.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management; additional experience with hospitality software is a plus.Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
