SHG operates 112 properties in 26 countries with a commitment to deliver authentic and diverse hospitality experiences that bring people together, all around the world.We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at MOTT 32 Dubai, one of the world’s most celebrated Chinese restaurant brands.Located at Address Beach Resort, MOTT 32 brings together authentic Chinese culinary traditions, contemporary luxury, and elevated hospitality to create an exceptional dining experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards.Manage, motivate, and develop a multicultural front-of-house team.Maintain strong operational standards across service, guest relations, and overall restaurant performance.Drive guest satisfaction, team engagement, and commercial performance.Work closely with the culinary and management teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.Build strong relationships with Chinese-speaking guests and support the venue's VIP and international clienteleIdeal Candidate:Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience within luxury, premium, or upscale dining.Strong background in Chinese or Asian luxury dining concepts is highly preferred.Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is essential, with strong English communication skills.Strong leadership, people-management, and guest-relations skills.Commercially aware, hands-on, and confident managing a high-volume, fast-paced operation.Strong understanding of luxury service standards and attention to detail.UAE or international luxury hospitality experience is an advantage.
