More information about the brand and its offerings can be found at https://roasterscoffee.hk/.Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Roasters Specialty Coffee House in Hong Kong SAR. This role oversees daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service, consistent product quality, and a welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the team, managing staff scheduling, supervising opening and closing procedures, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation. The Restaurant Manager will handle guest feedback, resolve service issues, and promote customer satisfaction, while also supporting hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews. The role involves monitoring sales, controlling costs, coordinating with the kitchen and coffee bar teams, and implementing brand initiatives to meet operational and customer service goals.Qualifications Strong customer-focused mindset, with proven ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver high-quality Customer Service.Experience in Hiring, training, and leading diverse teams, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests, team members, and management.Solid background in Food & Beverage operations, ideally within specialty coffee, café, or restaurant settings.Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including conflict resolution and performance coaching.Ability to manage budgets, interpret basic financial reports, and control inventory and costs.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using POS systems and basic office software; comfort with technology-driven processes.Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor in F&B is preferred.Fluency in English; knowledge of Cantonese or other languages is an advantage.
