The restaurants are open 24/7, offering consistent service and opportunities around the clock.Role Description The Restaurant Manager role at Waffle House, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position located in Montgomery, AL. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including managing shifts, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. The Restaurant Manager leads and develops Associates, supports hiring and onboarding, and creates schedules that align staffing needs with business demand. This position also focuses on delivering excellent Customer Service, resolving guest concerns, and driving Customer Satisfaction through efficient service and hospitality. The Restaurant Manager monitors sales and costs, supports inventory and cash control procedures, and partners with leadership to meet operational and financial goals.Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide a consistently positive guest experience.Ability to support Hiring efforts, including interviewing, onboarding, and developing restaurant Associates.Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality control, and service standards.Previous management experience or a bachelors degree is required.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 environment.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus.
