The cafe’s culture values intention, care, and a genuine love for food and hospitality.Role Description The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at Sri Isha Cafe’s Bengaluru outlets, ensuring smooth service, consistent food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and guiding team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service. The Manager monitors inventory, manages vendor relationships, and works with the kitchen team to support efficient food and beverage preparation. Additional responsibilities include handling customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, supporting hiring and training, and implementing processes that improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role also involves basic administrative tasks such as cash handling, reporting, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle feedback and ensure a positive guest experience.Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and vendors in a clear and respectful manner.Experience with Hiring and supervising staff, including training, performance guidance, and team motivation.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, hygiene standards, and service best practices.Previous experience in restaurant or café management, preferably in vegetarian or casual dining environments.Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, including flexibility for weekends and peak hours.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and daily reporting; familiarity with inventory management is an advantage.Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience will be valued.
