The Restaurant Manager oversees daily operations of the bakery and café area, including supervising staff, monitoring food and beverage preparation, and ensuring product quality and hygiene standards. Responsibilities include managing customer service on the floor, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining a welcoming environment that drives customer satisfaction and repeat business. The role also supports inventory control, scheduling, and coordination with suppliers to ensure smooth operations. The Restaurant Manager is expected to lead by example, train team members, and implement policies that align with company standards and goals.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to handle feedback and resolve issues effectively.People management skills such as Hiring and Communication, including interviewing, onboarding, and guiding team members.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, particularly in cakes, bakery, and café service, with attention to quality and safety standards.Experience in restaurant or bakery supervision or management, preferably in a high-volume environment.Ability to manage shifts, schedules, and basic administrative tasks, including inventory and cash handling.Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced on-site setting.Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is an advantage.Familiarity with basic POS systems and standard hygiene and safety regulations in food service.
