We can’t teach you who you are.ABOUT USWe’re an intimate 20-cover restaurant with a hidden bar. Our chefs prepare and serve food directly across the counter, making the food very much the show. Your role is everything around it: the welcome, the warmth, the atmosphere, and the moment someone walks through the door and immediately feels like they’re exactly where they’re supposed to be. We’re open every day for lunch and dinner. When the GM is in, they lead the floor. When they’re not, you do.
