🚨 WE ARE HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGERDesi Chef | Thanisandra Main Road, BangaloreWe are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take charge of our day-to-day restaurant operations.Key Responsibilities:• Manage complete restaurant operations• Lead and supervise FOH & BOH teams• Staff scheduling, attendance & discipline• Handle recruitment of junior operational staff• Monitor sales, billing & daily reports• Inventory, purchasing, wastage & food-cost control• Manage Zomato, Swiggy & direct orders• Handle customer complaints & service quality• Maintain hygiene & SOP compliance• Coordinate vendors & maintenance• Train and develop the team• Report directly to the OwnerWhat we're looking for:• 3–5+ years of restaurant/F&B management experience• Strong leadership & communication skills• Good understanding of restaurant operations & inventory• Ability to independently solve operational problems• Someone who can run the restaurant, not just supervise it💰 Salary: ₹35,000–₹45,000/month + performance incentives📍 Location: Thanisandra Main Road, Bangalore📩 Interested candidates can send their CV + current salary + expected salary + years of experience.Join Desi Chef and grow with us!
