Since 2022, Tim Hortons® has been welcoming guests across multiple cities in India, bringing its well-known coffeehouse experience to new communities.Role Description The Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons India is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division. This position oversees daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, shift supervision, and adherence to brand standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness. The Restaurant Manager leads and coaches team members, manages inventory and ordering, and ensures efficient opening and closing procedures. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager also monitors sales performance, implements local marketing initiatives, and supports training and development to build a high-performing team.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of delivering positive guest experiences.Team leadership capabilities, including Hiring and day-to-day staff supervision, with the ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, coaching staff, and coordinating with management and cross-functional partners.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality standards, and efficient service processes.Previous experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in quick-service or coffeehouse environments.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by restaurant operations.Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and consistency.Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
