We're opening our first dine-in diner in Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar, and are building the front-of-house team from the ground up.Role OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to own daily floor operations at our new Amar Colony outlet. You'll be responsible for guest experience, team performance, and the operational systems that keep service running. This is a hands-on floor role, not a back-office one.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day front-of-house operations and service flowLead, train, and schedule the FOH team (captain and associates)Own guest experience and handle escalations and service recoveryOperate and manage POS systems, billing, and cash reconciliationPrepare and review daily sales reports and operational MISCoordinate with kitchen and BOH teams for smooth serviceManage vendor coordination and inventory checksMaintain hygiene, safety, and service standardsSupport outlet-level cost control and wastage trackingRequirements3+ years of experience in restaurant, cafe, or QSR operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial or assistant manager roleStrong people management and communication skills (English and Hindi)Hands-on experience with POS systems and daily reportingComfortable with cash handling and reconciliationWell-groomed, professional, and calm under pressureAvailable to work weekends, holidays, and shift timingsPreferredExperience opening a new outlet or working in a pre-launch setupFamiliarity with Petpooja or similar POS platformsExposure to dine-in and delivery operationsWhat We OfferGround-floor opportunity with a growing brandDirect working relationship with the founding teamOwnership of systems and processes from day oneStaff meals and employee perksHow to ApplyApply via LinkedIn or send your CV to hello@eatlexis.com / 7411748769
