The company continues to expand, including a flagship restaurant in Agra and a mission to open in 5+ locations by the end of 2025.Role Description The Restaurant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Firozabad. The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent food quality, smooth service, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, handling guest concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, optimizing costs, and supporting marketing or promotional activities to drive sales. The Restaurant Manager reports to senior leadership, provides regular performance updates, and helps implement company policies and brand standards.Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.People management skills, including Hiring and team supervision.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and management.Sound knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and basic restaurant hygiene standards.Proven experience managing restaurant or hospitality operations is preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
