Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and commercially driven Restaurant Manager to lead a premium rooftop dining and lifestyle venue in Dubai.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced F&B leader to take ownership of daily operations, drive commercial performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience within a vibrant, premium lifestyle concept.The RoleAs Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:• Leading the day-to-day restaurant and bar operations• Driving guest satisfaction, service excellence, and commercial performance• Managing and developing a high-performing F&B team• Overseeing brunches, entertainment, private events, corporate functions, and venue activations• Driving revenue through promotions, partnerships, upselling, and creative activations• Managing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, beverage costs, inventory, and productivity• Maintaining strong standards of service, presentation, and operational efficiency• Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Culinary, and Events teams to maximise business opportunitiesWhat We’re Looking For• Minimum 2 years of F&B management experience, preferably within Dubai/UAE• Strong background in premium rooftop venues, lifestyle restaurants, lounges, beach clubs, or high-end bars• Strong restaurant and bar operations experience with excellent beverage knowledge• Proven experience managing brunches, DJs, entertainment, private events, corporate functions, and activations• Strong commercial understanding, including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, beverage cost, inventory, and productivity• Excellent team leadership, training, coaching, and development skills• Strong guest engagement skills with a visible and hands-on leadership approach• Good understanding of the Dubai lifestyle, nightlife, and F&B market• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and create revenue-generating initiatives• Energetic, confident, creative, well-presented, and comfortable leading within a premium lifestyle environmentPreferred BackgroundWe are particularly interested in candidates currently working within premium bars, rooftop lounges, lifestyle venues, beach clubs, upscale restaurants, or similar concepts.📩 If you are an experienced F&B leader looking for an opportunity to lead a high-profile lifestyle concept, we would be pleased to hear from you.
