The Restaurant Manager oversees day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and workflow to ensure smooth service during peak travel periods. Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance, while managing inventory, ordering, and cost controls. The role also focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving guest concerns, and supporting sales growth through effective merchandising and promotional execution. The Restaurant Manager collaborates with leadership on hiring, training, performance management, and ongoing development of team members to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with guests, lead diverse teams, and coordinate with internal and external partners.Candidates should possess Hiring and basic people management skills, including training, coaching, and performance feedback.Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, including food safety, quality standards, and familiarity with restaurant operations.Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in high-traffic or travel-related locations.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the travel hub environment.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and compliance with health and safety regulations.High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
