Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure consistently high standards of food & beverage service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and prior experience managing restaurant operations within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest experience.Lead, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff to achieve operational and service standards.Ensure compliance with hotel policies, F&B procedures, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.Monitor restaurant sales, costs, inventory, and operational expenses.Coordinate with the kitchen, F&B, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.Conduct staff briefings, training, and performance monitoring.Assist in implementing strategies to improve revenue, customer satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance.Maintain strong relationships with guests and ensure a welcoming and professional dining environment.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial capacity within a 4-star+ or 5-star hotel.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations.SLITHM qualification / graduate will be highly preferred.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Good understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, hygiene, and F&B cost control.Ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges effectively.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will be a confident, well-presented, and service-oriented professional with strong people-management skills and the ability to maintain excellent relationships with guests, staff, and other stakeholders.
