Restaurant Manager

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our F&B cast and take the lead in delivering exceptional service, driving operational excellence and creating memorable moments for every guest.What you’ll bring to the role:🍽️ Strong leadership of restaurant operations and service standards🎯 A relentless focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence👥 The ability to coach, motivate and develop a diverse F&B team📈 Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue, productivity and profitability⚡ The energy and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced operation🤝 Strong collaboration across departments, ensuring seamless VIP and guest experiences📋 Excellent organisation, communication and operational follow-throughWhat we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Restaurant Manager role within hospitality
• Strong Food & Beverage and restaurant operations knowledge
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Experience in a multicultural environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of menu planning, recipes, administration and kitchen organisation
• Mashgiach Certificate
