Team members join a fast-growing, high-energy hospitality company committed to excellent food and standout guest experiences.Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role oversees day-to-day restaurant operations, including managing the front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for monitoring service standards, addressing guest feedback, optimizing table turns, and coordinating with kitchen staff to deliver orders efficiently. Daily tasks include scheduling team members, overseeing hiring and onboarding, coaching staff on service and food safety, and managing inventory and ordering in line with brand guidelines. The role also involves monitoring key performance metrics, driving sales, supporting local marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.Qualifications Strong customer focus with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.Experience in team leadership, including Hiring and day-to-day people management.Clear, professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.Hands-on experience in Food & Beverage operations, ideally in fast-casual or quick-service restaurants.Proven ability to manage shifts, handle high-volume service, and resolve issues in real time.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic health and safety regulations.Comfort with using POS systems and basic reporting tools to manage sales and operations.Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or retail is highly beneficial.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
