This role manages staffing levels, leads and coaches team members, and ensures guests receive consistent, high-quality service and food. The Restaurant Manager monitors sales, labor, and inventory, maintains food safety and cleanliness standards, and implements company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, performance feedback, and supporting hiring and onboarding to build a strong team. The manager also handles guest feedback, resolves operational issues, and partners with leadership to achieve financial and operational goals while modeling Panda’s mission and values.Qualifications Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.Experience in team leadership and Hiring, including training, coaching, and performance management.Effective Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and leadership.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including food safety, quality, and restaurant cleanliness.Previous restaurant or retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.Basic proficiency with POS systems and standard office applications; comfort with data and reports.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or business is a plus.Commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful work environment aligned with Panda’s values.
