WE ARE HIRING | RESTAURANT MANAGER / JUNIOR MANAGERLocation: Dubai, UAEType: Full TimeWe are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join one of our venues in Dubai, UAE.We are looking for someone with a strong hospitality background, good leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to daily operations and guest experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth serviceLead, train, and motivate the FOH teamMaintain high standards of service, presentation, and guest experienceHandle guest feedback and resolve any issues professionallyWork closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departmentsSupport the recruitment, training, and development of the teamAssist with staffing levels, costs, and overall operational performanceEnsure company standards, policies, and health & safety procedures are followedSupport the Senior management with daily operational requirementsQualificationsPrevious experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar supervisory/management roleStrong background in high-end, lifestyle, or standalone restaurantsPrevious experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environmentStrong leadership and people management skillsHands-on, energetic, and guest-focused approachExcellent communication and organizational skillsUAE or Middle East experience is preferredDiscover more about our company ↓https://paris-society.com/
