The company values collaboration, experimentation, and talent development, offering team members opportunities to learn, grow, and help create joyful, memorable food experiences.Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for the smooth daily operations of a Jamie Oliver Restaurant. This position oversees front-of-house and back-of-house activities, including managing service standards, coordinating with kitchen teams, and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation. The Restaurant Manager leads, coaches, and schedules team members, supports hiring and onboarding, and fosters an inclusive, positive work environment aligned with the brand’s values. The role includes monitoring guest satisfaction, resolving service issues, managing reservations and floor plans, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The Restaurant Manager also manages budgets, stock levels, and supplier relationships, analyzes sales and performance metrics, and implements initiatives to increase revenue, improve customer experience, and support brand campaigns and promotions.Qualifications Strong customer-facing experience with proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.Experience in Hiring, training, and developing restaurant or hospitality staff, with a focus on inclusive, fair people practices.Solid Food & Beverage knowledge, including menu understanding, food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control.Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role in hospitality or retail.Ability to manage budgets, schedules, inventory, and operational processes in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities, with attention to detail and accountability.Comfort with basic digital tools and point-of-sale systems; experience with reservations or delivery platforms is an advantage
