This full-time, on-site role in New Delhi includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. The Restaurant Manager will handle customer concerns, support service recovery, and encourage repeat business through excellent customer interaction. Additional responsibilities include hiring and training team members, monitoring inventory and vendor relationships, coordinating with the kitchen on menu execution, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and supporting promotional activities to drive revenue.Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of resolving issues and enhancing guest experiences.Experience with Hiring and team supervision, including training, performance feedback, and scheduling.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and vendors in a clear, professional manner.Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, hygiene standards, and service procedures.Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
